Terms and Conditions
For Stall Holders:
1. Application and Payment

- Stall bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a completed application form and full payment.
- Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Stall Booking
-
Stalls are exclusively available for businesses involved in:
- Selling franchises of established Pakistan-based brands,
- Producers of export-quality Made in Pakistan products.
- Those seeking additional distribution and export partners for their Made in Pakistan products.
- Every service sector product/service that helps Pakistani businesses grow or perform better.
3. Exclusion of Business Categories

- Stalls are not available for businesses falling outside the specified categories.
This includes, but is not limited to, businesses who want to play the “show of power” game but have nothing of value to offer
our visitors, Riba/Interest based products, Service sector businesses that do not help the business ecosystem of Pakistan,
Forex, Gambling, Crypto, Pyramid Schemes, MLM’s, invest with us and do nothing offers,
Real Estate, selling imported products (unless servicing the business sector) etc.
4. Pre-Approval Enquiries

- If you are uncertain about your eligibility, please contact us before booking to confirm whether your business aligns with the criteria.
5. Right to Refusal
-
- We reserve the right to refuse stall bookings to individuals or businesses at our discretion.
6. Stall Specifications
-
- Stall dimensions and specifications will be provided to stall owners in advance to ensure proper planning and setup.
7. Subletting and Sharing
-
- Subletting or sharing of stalls is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizers.
8. Cleanliness and Organization
-
- Stall owners are responsible for keeping their stalls clean, organized, and presentable at all times during the expo.
9. Disruptive Activities
-
- Loud music, flashing lights, or any disruptive activities that may disturb other stall owners or attendees are not allowed without prior permission from the organizers.
10. Promotion Restrictions
-
- Stall owners are permitted to promote their products or services within their allocated space only.
- No marketing material (standees, samples, etc.) is allowed in the walkway or common areas outside of the allocated stall space.
11. Reallocation of stall space
-
- Should unforeseen circumstances necessitate the organizers to relocate your stall, every effort will be made to allocate a space of comparable quality or better.
- If the new location does not meet your expectations, you reserve the right to request a full refund.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and strive to accommodate any necessary changes with transparency and fairness.
12. Layout Revisions and Stall Reallocation

- We reserve the right to redesign the layout or relocate stalls without prior notice.
13. Event Cancellation or Postponement
-
- In the event that the expo is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, instability), stall holders will be notified as soon as possible.
- The organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the expo to a later date. If rescheduling is not feasible,
stallholders may be eligible for a partial refund of their stall fee, at the discretion of the organizers.
14. Venue Damage and Liability

- Exhibitors are prohibited from causing any damage to the venue, including but not limited to stall shells, venue walls,
floors, fixtures, or equipment.
- Any exhibitor found to be damaging the venue will be held fully responsible
for the repair or replacement costs incurred. This includes any costs associated with restoring the venue to its original condition.
Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves with care and respect for the venue and its property at all times during the event.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice to stall owners.
16. Indemnity Clause
-
- By participating in ChaiCon, you agree to indemnify the organisers/azad chaiwala fully against any damage,
whether intentional or unintentional, caused by Azad Chaiwala, our team, employees, vendors, partners,
the event itself or any related party.
For Sponsors:
1. Agreement and Payment
-
- Sponsorship agreements will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and full payment.
- Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
2. Branding and Representation
-
- Sponsors' logos and branding will be prominently displayed in accordance with the sponsorship package selected.
- Sponsors are expected to uphold the reputation of the event and act in a professional manner at all times.
3. Promotional Activities
-
- Sponsors are permitted to engage in promotional activities within their designated sponsorship space only.
- Any additional promotional activities outside of the designated space require prior approval from the organizers.
4. Compliance
-
- Sponsors must comply with all rules, regulations, and directives provided by the organizers.
- Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits and fees.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
-
- In the event that the expo is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g., natural disasters, government regulations etc), sponsors will be notified as soon as possible.
- The organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the expo to a later date. If rescheduling is not feasible,
sponsors may be eligible for alternative sponsorship opportunities at future events,
or a partial refund of their sponsorship fee, at the discretion of the organizers.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice to sponsors.
