Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Affiliate Terms”) apply to participation in the Chaicon.com affiliate program. They supplement the main Terms. If there’s a conflict, these Affiliate Terms govern the affiliate relationship.
1) Enrollment and approval
- You must apply and be approved to become an Affiliate.
- We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.
- We may request verification (identity, payment details, marketing channels).
2) Definitions
- Referral Link: A unique tracking link and/or code issued to you.
- Qualified Action: The specific action that earns commission (defined below).
- Commission:The amount we pay per Qualified Action, per the current Affiliate rate.
3) Qualified Action (you must define this clearly)
A “Qualified Action” means: A machine seller signs up through your Referral Link.
ChaiCon’s tracking and qualification determination is final.
4) Tracking And Attribution
- Attribution may rely on cookies, referral parameters, device identifiers, coupon codes, referral codes and internal rules.
- If tracking fails for any reason (blocked cookies, user switches devices, ad blockers, network issues), we may not be able to attribute the referral, and commission may not be payable.
5) Commission Rates and Changes
Commission rates, payout thresholds, and rules may change. Changes apply from the date posted (or the date communicated to Affiliates). You are responsible for staying updated.
6) Payouts
- Payout schedule: NET-30
- Minimum payout threshold: Total value of 15,000 PKR in earned commissions
- Payment method: Bank Transfers
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes, withholding, or reporting obligations.
7) Marketing rules
You must not:
- Spam (bulk unsolicited DMs, WhatsApp blasts to scraped lists, robocalls),
- Misrepresent ChaiCon (claim “official partnership” unless you have written permission),
- Promise outcomes (guaranteed sales, guaranteed leads),
- Run ads that impersonate ChaiCon or use misleading domains,
- Bid on our trademarks (examples: “Chaicon”, “ChaiCon”, “Chaicon.com”) in search ads if we prohibit it,
- Use of coupon sites, cashback, or incentivized traffic.
You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (for example, “I may earn a commission”).
8) Fraud and clawbacks
We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions where we suspect:
- Fake leads, self-referrals, or circular purchases,
- Chargebacks, refunds, cancellations,
- Stolen payment methods,
- Bot traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or deceptive tracking.
9) Termination
Either party may terminate your Affiliate participation at any time. On termination:
- You must stop using referral links and ChaiCon marketing assets,
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if linked to fraud or policy breaches,
- We may pay legitimate earned commissions subject to chargeback windows and thresholds.
10) Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing creates employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture
11) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The affiliate program is provided “as is”,
- We do not guarantee availability, tracking accuracy, or earnings,
- Our total liability relating to the affiliate program is limited to commissions paid to you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Governing law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction of Courts located in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction unless ChaiCon chooses another lawful forum.
You agree that Rivoh LLC-FZ and/or the Local Operator may bring claims in Pakistan or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
