LISTING RULES + PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY

This policy forms part of the Chaicon.com Terms. If there’s a conflict, the Terms control.
1) Core rules (simple)
You must ensure Listings and Buyer Requests are:
- Accurate and not misleading,
- Lawful and compliant with regulations,
- Respectful and not abusive,
- Posted by someone authorized to represent the business
2) No deception
You must not:
- Impersonate a person or company,
- Misrepresent location, capacity, approvals, certifications, manufacturing ability, pricing, stock, or distribution rights,
- Use fake testimonials or fake credentials
- Post bait-and-switch offers
3) Prohibited items and services (non-exhaustive)
You must not list or request anything that is illegal or restricted under applicable law, or that creates legal risk for the Platform. This includes, for example:
- Stolen goods,
- Counterfeit or IP-infringing products,
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances,
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to build weapons,
- Products promoting harm, violence or extremism,
- Hacked data, stolen databases, spyware, or malware,
- Services that are illegal, deceptive, or regulated without proper licensing.
If you sell regulated goods/services (for example, medical devices, financial services, certain chemicals, telecom equipment), you must have the required legal permissions and must not advertise in a way that violates regulation.
4) Intellectual property and brand rights
You must not post:
- Copyrighted images you do not own or have permission to use,
- Logos or trademarks in a misleading way
- Content copied from competitors.

5) Personal data and privacy rules
Do not post sensitive personal data about others (CNIC numbers, bank details, private addresses, personal phone numbers of employees without consent).
Buyer Requests are public by design. Post only what you’re comfortable making public.
6) Spam and scraping
You must not:
- Harvest contact details,
- Send bulk spam messages or calls,
- Use bots to scrape Listings or Buyer Requests,
- Mass-post repeated Listings or duplicate Buyer Requests to game rankings.
7) Quality and formatting standards
We may remove or reduce visibility for content that is:
- Clearly low-quality, irrelevant, or misleading,
- Keyword-stuffed, deceptive, or intentionally confusing,
- Duplicated across many cities/categories without real presence.
8) Enforcement
We may (without notice):
- Remove or edit content,
- Reduce visibility/rankings,
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Block phone numbers, emails, or IPs associated with abuse.
Enforcement decisions are at our discretion to protect Users and the Platform.
9) Reporting
To report a Listing or Buyer Request:
Include screenshots, URLs, and the reason.
