Industrial HHD-25EB hopper dryer is a compact and efficient hot air drying system designed for plastic processing industries. It is used to remove moisture from plastic granules before injection molding or extrusion, ensuring stable product quality and reducing defects caused by humidity.
The unit features a stainless steel hopper construction with direct mounting design, allowing it to be installed directly on injection molding machines for space-saving operation. Its hot air down-blowing system ensures uniform heat distribution for consistent drying performance.
Equipped with a 2.7–3.5 kW heating system and PID temperature control, the machine provides accurate and stable temperature management up to 160°C. The 0.14 kW blower ensures continuous airflow for efficient drying cycles.
Safety systems such as overheat and overload protection ensure safe long-term industrial operation. The hopper design is easy to detach for cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for continuous production environments.
