The Zubair Pumps 2200W AC/DC Solar Submersible Pump (Model: 4PSC20.0-65-280-2200-H) is a heavy-duty, dual-power submersible pump built for high-volume water extraction in large-scale agricultural, industrial, and commercial water supply applications.
Twice the Power — Twice the Output
Compared to standard 1100W solar pumps, this unit delivers double the power at 2200W and more than double the flow rate at 20.0 cubic metres per hour. For farms requiring continuous high-volume irrigation, large storage tank filling, or multi-point water distribution, this pump operates at a level that smaller units simply cannot match. The 65-metre maximum head extends its reach to deep borewells and elevated delivery points across large land areas.
AC and DC Dual Power Operation
Carrying the A/D designation, this pump operates on both 280V DC solar power and AC grid supply. During peak solar hours, the pump runs on energy from a 12-panel, 250W array — a total solar input of 3000W — connected through a solar controller. When solar input is insufficient, the pump switches to AC grid power without interruption. This dual-mode capability is critical for operations where water supply cannot afford downtime due to weather or nighttime hours.
Built for Demanding Conditions
The pump body is constructed in stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long-term durability in permanent borewell submersion. The 2-inch outlet is compatible with standard industrial and agricultural piping, making installation straightforward on new and existing systems. Italy Standard rotation engineering ensures consistent mechanical performance over extended operating cycles.
Installation and Wiring
This pump requires a solar controller for DC operation and careful attention to the three-phase wiring terminals U, V, and W. A 12-panel wiring diagram is printed directly on the pump body. The pump must never be operated without water — dry-run protection is the operator's responsibility.
