Worker Uniform Specifications
1. Fabric Specifications
Fabric Weight: 220–260 GSM
Composition:
Cotton: 65%
Nylon: 35%
Durable, breathable fabric suitable for industrial and construction site use.
Fabric must retain its shape and strength after repeated washing.
2. Color Requirements
Two color options are required:
Navy Blue (Matte Finish)
Dark Gray (Matte Finish)
The fabric must be colorfast, with no significant fading, discoloration, or shrinkage after repeated washing under normal conditions.
3. Design & Construction
Long-sleeve work shirt with matching cargo trousers.
Overall design, dimensions, pocket placement, and appearance must strictly follow the approved reference images.
Front chest: One vertical zippered pocket as shown in the reference design.
All pockets, stitching, and accessories shall match the approved sample.
4. Stitching & Quality Requirements
Double stitching on all major seams, including shoulders, side seams, sleeves, pockets, crotch, and trouser inseams.
Reinforced stress points for enhanced durability.
No loose threads, skipped stitches, fabric defects, or seam failures.
Uniforms must be suitable for heavy-duty daily industrial and construction site use.
5. Quality Warranty
The manufacturer shall provide a 12-month warranty against:
Manufacturing defects
Stitching or seam failure
Abnormal color fading under normal use and washing conditions
6. Initial Order Quantity
100 complete uniform sets (shirt + trousers) after successful approval of the production sample.
7. Target Price
Maximum acceptable unit price: PKR 2,500 per complete uniform set (shirt and trousers).
8. Sample Approval
Mass production shall commence only after the submitted sample has been inspected and approved for fabric quality, color, stitching, fit, workmanship, and overall appearance.
