Description:
This 310mm Forming Tube by Saghir Engineering is a high-precision component built for Vertical Form-Fill-Seal packaging machines. Made from premium food-grade SS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, it converts flat laminated film into a perfect cylindrical tube for pouch formation. The 310mm size refers to the film width it handles, making it ideal for medium to large-size pouches used for snacks, chips, biscuits, nuts, and other granular products.
The forming tube features a CNC-machined collar and shoulder designed for smooth, wrinkle-free film transition. Its polished surface reduces friction, prevents film tearing, and ensures consistent bag width and seal alignment at high production speeds. The heavy-duty mounting plate is engraved with “SAGHIR ENGINEERING 310 MM” for easy identification and guarantees stable fixation with the machine frame. The open-back design allows quick film threading and fast size changeovers, minimizing machine downtime.
Built to meet food safety and hygiene standards, this forming tube resists corrosion, thermal stress, and continuous wear. It works seamlessly with horizontal and vertical sealing jaws to deliver airtight, leak-proof seals.
